Refund policy
We have a limited 30-day return policy on items stocked at our office. If items are fulfilled offsite, unfortunately we can not accept returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hope@administerjustice.org. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1750 Grandstand Place, Suite 15, Elgin, IL, 60123
We are not able to provide return shipping, so to return your product you will need to arrange a drop off at our office, or purchase your own shipping label to send back the products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns and refunds of items that are received damaged or incorrect can be handled differently than returns. Please reach out to hope@administerjustice.org with any notice of damaged or incorrect orders.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can not accept returns of items not stocked at our 1750 Grandstand Place address. You can see what items are not stocked at that location on the product page or the checkout page (when pickup is not allowed, the product is not at the 1750 Grandstand Place address).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Note on the products we sell
We offer the Administer Justice Store as a way of resourcing our Gospel Justice Centers with supplies needed to host their legal center. We also have, on occasion, additional product that spread awareness of AJ.
Given that we are a non-profit, we do not seek to make a profit on these items. They are priced at- or near-cost as a way to make them affordable for our partners around the country. Due to this, our return policy is more limited, and we ask for understanding with these limitation.
